Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies 

If you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible so we have time to fill your slot.
Camp
cancellation or rescheduling:  contact manager@clevelandparkclub.org
Swim cancellation or rescheduling:  contact aquatics@clevelandparkclub.org

Rescheduling: 
For camp, participants may switch their registration from one week to another at no cost, provided that there is space available.
For group swim, participants may switch their registration from one lesson to another at no cost, provided that there is space available.

Cancellations by CPC: 

  • Participants will receive a full credit for any class, camp, or lesson that is cancelled by The Camp at CPC or by CPC due to insufficient enrollment or unavailability of instructors.  
  • For group swim classes, there are no make-up sessions, credits, or refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
  • For private swim lessons, classes cancelled due to bad weather will be fully credited.


CAMP Cancellation by Camper or CIT:

Cancellations must be done via emails sent to manager@ClevelandParkClub.org.  The effective date and time is when the email is received in our inbox.

No refunds are given for withdrawals by counselors or for absences by campers, CITs, or counslors.

GROUP SWIM Cancellation by Participant:

 more than 1 week, less than 3 weeks Full, less $40 cancellation fee

The effective date and time is when the email is received in the aquatics@clevelandparkclub.org inbox. 

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE LESSON Cancellation by Participant:

 2 weeks or more Full, less $15 processing fee
 more than 48 hours, less than 2 weeks Full, less 50% cancellation fee
 less than 48 hours None

Credit Usage & Refunds

Any credits accrued must be used within the same calendar year. Any and all outstanding credits expire on December 31st. Prior to September 30th, any available credit may be redeemed only to purchase other activities (e.g., lessons, camp, classes). If a member/client does not use their available credit, and wishes to receive a refund, they may request it by emailing the Club Manager. Refunds will be issued after October 1st.
