How to Register

CP Club members must first renew their memberships for 2017 in order to receive the member rates for camp.

Please read these instructions first.  The process is a little circuitous; knowing what to expect makes it easier.

Step 1.  Login

If you are a non-Member, please create an account for yourself (the parent or guardian) as a "Class Participant."  

If you are an existing CP Club Member, please login.  You must first renew for the 2017-2018 season before registering for camp.  Please see recent emails from for renewal information.

If you would like to join the Cleveland Park Club as a new Voting Member or Social + Activity Member and receive member rates on camp, please click here.

Step 2.  Complete the Information Form

Please complete an Information Form for each camper, CIT or counselor. (If you register for additional weeks at a later time, you do not need to fill-out the information again.) 

Heads up:  After completing the form, navigate back to this page or use the main menu above to move on to Step 3.

Step 3.  Select Weeks

For each child, register for each week the child wishes to attend camp. 

After registering for one week, if you would like to register for additional weeks, click on "Invoice Me," then repeat the process for each desired week.

Step 4.  Pay

When you have completed your registrations, choose "Pay Online" to pay for all selected weeks in a single transaction.

Campers:  ages 4.5-10
Members: $385/week
Non-members: $465/week

 ages 11-12
Members: $195/week
Non-members: $235/week

Counselors:  ages 13-16
Members: $50 registration fee + $25/week administrative fee
Non-members: $75 registration fee + $35/week administrative fee

Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment must accompany all applications. If a camper or CIT withdraws on or before April 30 from one or more weeks, the total payment, less $100 for each week, will be refunded. If s/he withdraws after April 30 from one or more weeks, the total payment, less $100 for each week, will be refunded only if that place is filled from the wait list. No refunds are given for withdrawals by counselors or absences by campers, CIT's or counselors.
