Club members may register for group classes or private lessons
Non-members may register for group classes

Please read these instructions first.  The process is a little circuitous; knowing what to expect makes it easier.

Step 1.  Login

Non-Members:  Please create an account for yourself (the parent or guardian) as a "Class Participant."  Then login.

Voting Members:  Please login. 

Social + Activity Members:  Please login. You must first renew for the 2018-2019 season before registering for camp.

Step 2.  Select Group Classes or Private Lessons

Please use calendar view (June, July or August). It is much easier to register for the correct classes and/or lessons when looking at each month rather than a long list of events.

For each child, register for each group class or private lesson the child wishes to take.  

After registering for one class or lesson, if you would like to register for more, click on "Invoice Me," then repeat the process for each desired class and/or lesson.

Step 3.  Pay

When you have completed your registrations, choose "Pay Online" to pay for all selected classes and/or lessons in a single transaction.

Be sure to review your invoice to make sure you have selected the correct classes and/or lessons.

Registration and Payment
Registration and full payment are required to reserve your space. Registration and full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the beginning of the class. No walk-ups. Instructors are not authorized to accept an unregistered child or accept payment.

Children at the Pool
Children must be potty-trained to participate in swim instruction. 

Children may not be dropped off for a group class or private lesson. A responsible adult must remain at the pool while children are participating in swim instruction unless children are concurrently participating in the Camp @ Cleveland Park Club.

Swim Instructors
Substitutions may occur as necessary.

Cancellations, Make-Ups and Credits
Group Classes
There are no make-up sessions, credits, or refunds for group classes cancelled due to bad weather or missed by the client. 

Participants must cancel 3 weeks before the start of class to receive full credit, less transaction fee.  Participants will receive partial credit for classes cancelled up to 1 week in advance.  Please see the Cancellation Policy for detail.

Private Lessons
Clients will receive a credit for any private lesson cancelled due to bad weather. 

Participants must cancel 2 weeks before the start of the lesson to receive full credit, less transaction fee. Participants will receive partial credit for lessons cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.  Please see the Cancellation Policy for detail.

Credits may be used toward future private lessons or group classes. All credits must be used before the end of the 2018 pool season. 

The Club may cancel group classes and private lessons if enrollment is insufficient or an instructor is not available. In these cases, full refunds will be provided.
